  • Surat rasmi daripada bank yang mengesahkan kelulusan pinjaman pembelian rumah.Official letter from the bank confirming your home loan approval.
  • Dikeluarkan selepas permohonan pinjaman diluluskan, sah 14–30 hari.Issued after loan application is approved, valid for 14–30 days.
  • Baca terma dengan teliti — kadar faedah, tempoh pinjaman, penalti penyelesaian awal.Read the terms carefully — interest rate, loan tenure, early settlement penalty.
  • Fahami perbezaan kadar tetap (fixed) dan berubah (floating).Understand the difference between fixed and floating rates.
  • Ambil maklum tentang caj bank — yuran penilaian, guaman, MRTA/MRTT, yuran pemprosesan.Be aware of bank charges — valuation fee, legal fee, MRTA/MRTT, processing fee.
